INSPECTION REWINDING MACHINE:

The machine has following salient features.

1. The machine is totally designed on Finite Element Analysis (FEA) system. 
2. The machine walls are from M.S. body 40 mm thick.
3. All pneumatics from Festo.
4. Un-winder Tension controller by 5 H.P. A.C. motor with A.C. drive.
5. Digital EDGE guiding System.
6. One master control for drives to control speed.
7. Re-winder 800 mm dia.
8. All drives are from Siemens all equivalent.
9.  Re-winder tension controller varies with reel diameter and control by AC Drive.
10. All guide rolls are of aluminum 100 mm Dia. and dynamically balanced.
11. Machine speed 300 m./ min app. As per  reel condition, mat. Thickness  etc.
